A) Information about the Institution, Student Enrollment, Curriculum, Buildings, Furniture, laboratories etc. B) Sketch Map (Directions) to the Institution from a known township. C) EMIS Letter. C) For Government Schools attach "Evidence of any government assistance to your School by The Ministry or DIS" and for Private Schools attach " MoES Reg. Certificate" . D) There is no payment required for government aided primary schools. For others,the Payment is 500,000 Ugx, Payable Through Airtel/MTN Mobile Money, Stanbic Flexipay or Bank Deposits.
